The deal was reached on June 19th, however the information is only now entering into court records. This comes after many delays and obstacles in the criminal proceedings of the case. In exchange for pleading guilty to animal cruelty Ayers will spend two years in state prison. He may also be asked to testify against the three other males indicted in the case.
